LTBS (Local Threads Brand Solution) is an Australian growth marketing agency. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean LTBS. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Details you give us in our forms: your name, business email, phone number, company name, company size, revenue range, goals, challenges and timeline.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Booking details you enter when you schedule a call with us through Calendly.
• Website usage data collected through cookies and similar tools, such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare for and run strategy calls, and provide our services.
• To send newsletters and marketing you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies. 5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Webflow), booking tool (Calendly), analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta) and email tools. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

6. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Access, correction and opting out

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing, by emailing adam@ltbsm.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
